Shipping
Items are either listed as in stock or indicate an expected production time. In addition to any production time, please allow up to 48 hours for order processing. Package tracking will be provided once the order has shipped. While we package our items extremely carefully, we are not ultimately responsible for unexpected damage that may occur during shipping. For US customers, ordered are shipped via USPS from Brooklyn, New York. Expedited shipping is available, but note the order is still subject to any production lead times.
Orders with multiple items will ship once all items are ready. If you would like items to ship separately, let us know at [email protected].
Returns
Eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchange only, as we do not offer refunds. To initiate a return, please reach out to [email protected] within 5 days of delivery. Once the return request is approved by us, items must be postmarked for return within 5 days.
Rings, final sale items, and custom pieces are not eligible for return.
Items must arrive back to us in original, unworn condition with original packaging for the return to be accepted. The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
International
Unless an item is damaged or defective, all international orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for any duties and tax fees that may apply.
International orders are shipped with tracking via UPS, DHL, or USPS depending on the destination.
Defects & Repairs
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve each situation on a per case basis.
In addition, we may be able to help with repairs of our jewelry that has already been loved. The repair cost will depend on the situation. Please send your repair requests to [email protected].
